Our robust service desk and UK wide engineering network provides on-going break-fix support to several national retail chains, government departments and service providers with depot networks. These customers all require a speedy resolution when their cabling or Wi-Fi infrastructure isn’t performing as expected – either through damage, gremlins or equipment failure. Our Service Desk processes several hundred calls per month and allocates out to our network of engineers for rapid site attendance and problem resolution. Our break-fix service is augmented by a spare’s operation, centrally managed from our secure Milton Keynes facility. This service currently encompasses cabling, Wi-Fi, UPS and switched infrastructure.
